Meridi-Yin Yoga to the sounds of The Grateful

Meridi-Yin Yoga combines the calming and rejuvenating effects of Yin Yoga with energizing and soothing effects of Meridian acupressure techniques. Participants will learn self-applied techniques before moving into poses, and the teacher will apply additional acupressure techniques while participants are in the poses. We curate a diverse soundtrack by delving into the vaults of the Grateful Dead, so no session is the same.
No prior experience is required. Please bring your mat and any personal props and blankets, although we do have mats and some bolsters available.
A bit about your instructor- Corey "Yoga Bro" Happel is an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Access Bars Practitioner from Doylestown, PA. Corey will also be joined by a trained assistant to help.
